Membership in WACVB rests with the bureau, and all member-bureau employees attend at the member rate. Fees include daily group breaks and meal functions. Please regiser by July 23, 2010. Refunds will be honored until 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), July 23, 2010; after that date, no refunds will be granted; substitutions are welcome.
