The reservations number is 1-800-892-1600; reference WACVB folio number 2235MB when making your reservation. An advance deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The WACVB group room rates vary based on type of accommodations. Please make your reservation as soon as possible. You may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are the responsibility of the guest canceling the reservation. Cut-off date is July 5, 2009, if rooms are still available.
