WACVB Best Idea Program

We’ve simplified the process and we’re only asking you to complete a project form--for the best idea your organization has implemented during the 2008 year--via an electronic form submission. The objective of the Best Idea Program is to share innovate techniques or imaginative approaches to promoting your destination, managing your organization, providing services, and communicating with stakeholders.

Using the project form, describe the best idea you’ve implemented during the past year, convey the project’s effectiveness, and include projects costs and return on investment information.

Best Idea submissions are due by September 15, 2008. A Board-appointed Task Force will review the best idea submissions. The Task Force will invite panelists from selected bureaus to present their best ideas at the 2008 Annual Conference in Tucson.

The 2008 Best Idea Booklet--including all project submissions--will be distributed to registered attendees (CVB staff) at the WACVB Annual Conference.
